Sit Ups: Just For Six Pack Abs

Sit ups are the very important exercise that one should do if he wants to make perfect six pack abs. But this should be done properly so that it doesn’t harm your body.
I mean to say if these are done correctly then it may harm the body so, one should be very careful while doing all exercises of these types. Here I will tell you how to do sit ups:
1. First lie on the floor without any type of mat.
2. Feet should also touch floor fully.
3. Keep your fingers behind the ears.
4. And finally your hands should be properly crossed on the chest.

Excercises

Now you are in the position(Toned Abs – Sexy Six-Pack Abs) to do sit ups. Now just lift the lower of your back from the floor and this should be done simultaneously when your shoulder blades are getting off from the floor. And then finally get back in down position. After that repeat these steps until you feel uncomfortable.
Don’t worry if you don’t able to repeat these steps many times, this will increase slowly as practice this again and again. And when it becomes easy for you then you should come up with this exercise on an inclined bench or on the exercise ball.
